About Sebastien & Carla

From Paris and Monte Carlo to New York and Washington, D.C., Chef Sébastien Rondier built a career defined by precision and hospitality—training in Michelin-starred restaurants, leading landmark hotel kitchens, and even winning Cutthroat Kitchen. Together with his wife, Carla, he set out to translate that world-class craft into an everyday café: quietly elegant, deeply welcoming, and rooted in community.
The menu reflects the pair’s shared vision—French-inspired technique, honest ingredients, and calm, considered service. What began as a life in fine dining now lives in a neighborhood room, where discipline meets ease and every detail is designed to restore.
